NOW HIRING: Transactional Business & Finance Paralegal - Pittsburgh, PA

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Paralegal to support our corporate law team in business formations, mergers & acquisitions, entity management, and more . This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with attorneys, gain hands-on experience with high-value business transactions , and grow your expertise. Salary: $60,000-$80,000 DOE.

What You'll Do:

* Draft and manage corporate documents : bylaws, operating agreements, resolutions, minutes, entity formation & dissolution docs
* File documents with state and federal systems
* Organize and maintain transaction files and client records
* Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors
* Track deadlines, manage calendars, and enter billable time
* Assist with due diligence, disclosure schedules, and closing binders

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years paralegal or related experience
* Paralegal certificate or training
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and Adobe
* Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
* Comfortable learning new software and processes
* Client-facing experience a plus

Bonus Skills:

* Active Notary
* Experience with iManage or document management systems
* Experience with Aderant or other billing/timekeeping software
