Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or end-user computing.
• We need strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• We require experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• We expect experience with Active Directory and hybrid Azure AD environments.
• We need familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and mobile device management (MDM).
• We look for experience managing Group Policy configurations.
• We require an understanding of software deployment, device imaging, and lifecycle management.
• We need experience tracking IT assets, inventory, and software licensing.
• We value strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• We require excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Preferred: experience supporting hybrid SCCM and Intune environments.
• Preferred: experience leading or supporting hardware refresh initiatives.
• Preferred: experience with user migrations, acquisitions, or large-scale deployments.
• Preferred: basic project management experience related to IT infrastructure or end-user technology.

• We provide desktop and end-user support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related hardware.
• We troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
• We support mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, tablets, hotspots, and the related software.
• We assist users with printers, plotters, displays, and other peripheral equipment.
• We manage support tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• We partner with internal teams and managed service providers to resolve technical issues.
• We support IT onboarding, deployments, upgrades, and acquisition-related integrations.
• We track and maintain inventory for IT assets, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and software licenses.
• We monitor device health, lifecycle status, refresh schedules, and equipment disposal processes.
• We manage software licensing, subscriptions, and compliance.
• We assist with hardware and software rollouts for small and large user groups.
• We create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and user training materials.
