Part Time Call Center AgentnotifyMDCall Center Agents at notifyMD provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients' customers. Using excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience, you'll handle calls for various businesses, ranging from medical offices to apartment complexes to professional services, while adhering to our metrics. You'll make sure that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately so that our customers can have the confidence that their issue will be relayed to our client. Customer service experience is a plus but not required.This is a work from home position.Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls in a high-volume environment, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.To be considered for this role, you must have the following and meet our remote requirements: A welcoming voice with an upbeat toneStrong command of the English language with good spelling and grammarComputer skills in a Windows based environmentGood attendanceThe ability to type 35 words per minute or moreBroadband Internet - you must pass our speed testInternet speeds of 50 Mbps Download/10 Mbps UploadA Windows 11 PC or laptop (No Macs/Apple products, Chromebooks, or tablets) with a direct Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi, cellular hotspots, DSL, satellite, or dial-up services are strictly prohibited as primary connections.)1 GB of available spaceScreen display resolution of 1600 x 900 (Dual monitors preferred)USB wired headset (no Bluetooth) with a microphoneBilingual in Spanish/English is a plus!Compensation: $20 / HourShifts Offered:Part Time Schedules ranging from 14.5-19.5 hoursVarious set schedules One weekend day is required (Sat or Sun) and holidaysTraining will last approximately 1-2 weeks.
